Kerzenwechsel 2011 (private party by Movendi)

On Friday evening, August 5, Movendi once again held its candle exchange event. Lovers of rare automobiles and art collectors gathered for the traditional event in the beautiful and private setting of a country estate in the immediate vicinity of Schloss Dycks.

Here, artist Markus Tollmann made his studio available in conjunction with the estate for the candle exchange. The symbiosis of automotive works of art, with which friends and customers came to the evening event, and Mr. Tollmann’s exhibition pieces was unique.

There was beer from wheelbarrows, grilled meat served by hand, and lard on bread. It was a rustic evening in a very special way.
The candle exchange was accompanied by music from Marla Glen (It’s a Man’s World) and the violinist Baptist. We would like to express our sincere thanks to both of them personally.
