This Mercedes-Benz 280 SE 3.5 with automatic transmission is one of only 1,232 convertibles produced and has a modern Becker Mexico radio with a retro look and four electric windows. The car was sold new in the United States and exported to the Netherlands 29 years ago. It was then bought 26 years ago by a German car aficionado who is now parting with his gem after more than a quarter of a century. He had the car completely restored in a specialist workshop in Düsseldorf between 2001 and 2002. This W111 was driven regularly in good weather. The car is technically and visually in good overall condition.
