This vehicle, first registered in 1986, is an original SL 560 Type R107 and was converted by tuning specialist K\u00f6nig in Munich. The front bumper, rear spoiler, sills, and fenders were modified, and the doors were also given a facelift. According to Mr. K\u00f6nig, around 50 R107 vehicles were converted. Delivery and initial registration took place in California in July 1986.
